About
From research to a product team
I am a Lead AI Engineer and Team Lead at Abyss, where we build a generative AI platform around whiteboard and canvas tools. That means architecture, sprint priorities, video generation pipelines, and AI agents that have to work in production.
I am also a PhD candidate in Generative Artificial Intelligence at UPV/EHU. The paper Ali-AUG: Innovative Approaches to Labeled Data Augmentation using One-Step Diffusion Model is on arXiv. Before Abyss I led image-generation systems at Dreamshot and researched multimodal models at IKERLAN.
